    Jelsys IPL SHR machine system emits a broad spectrum of intense pulsed light through a small, smooth hand piece.The light is placed over the skin gently. Cut-off filters (five different filters for option) in the hand piece change the wavelength range allowing it to be optimized for different applications and skin types. The light penetrates the tissue and is absorbed by either the blood when treating vascular lesions or the melanin when treating pigmented lesions or for hair removal and then damaging them. The body's natural processes then remove the injured tissue giving the skin a more even and youthful appearance. And at the same time, production of the collagen in dermis will be prompted to increase the flexibility of the skin and get rid of fine wrinkles.

1. The Theory of Permanent Hair Removal: 
The theory is the energy from IPL acting on the 15mm depth of surface, plus RF to prevent hair growth without hurting the sweat glands. Generally, there are 3 cycle of hair growth: Growth Phase, Maturity Phase, Dormancy Phase, and the treatment will be most effectively in hair's Growth Phase, so patients need do the treatment 3-4 times to achieve permanent hair removal.

     4. If the instrument is newly filled with water or turned on after changing the water, the key should be turned on and off the instrument repeatedly 2-3 times, and then press the keys in sequence to adjust the parameter keys.
    5. After each time the key is turned on, wait for the water in the water tank to circulate for one minute and then press the pre-ignition key (turn on the light) to prevent damage to the IPL xenon lamp.
